Once you sign with us as your property managers we get to work! Marketing your property publicly and to a targeted group of tenants through our partnerships with relocation companies, Real Estate agents, and extensive web advertising.

Tenant Search

We will then show your property to potential tenants.

Our goals are high rents, low vacancy and the best tenant possible.

We have the options to screen potential tenants thoroughly to reduce vacancies. Not all screenings are the same. Once we have found the right tenant we sign the lease and coordinate move in and walkthrough, conveying the specifics of your property to the tenant.

Continued Management

We handle the collection of rents and have monthly statements available. At the end of the year you will receive your final accounting and tax forms.

We handle work orders and will assist coordination of bids and repairs for larger projects. We communicate with you on repairs that need approval.

We can do periodic property visits at no cost to you the owner.

We can assist with Eviction procedures if needed. Evictions however are very rare.
